Q: How long is your lead time?
A:
1.3D drawings: about 5-7 days, it depends on the complex of your products.
                       
If simple, 2-3 days are enough.
2. 3D printing: about 1-3 days, it depends on the sizes of your prototypes.
                     
If smaller sizes, 1 day is enough.
3. Polishing/surface treatments: about 1-3 days, it depends on your requests on surface treatment.
                                                 
If simple, 1 day is enough.
4. Functional making: about 2-5 days, it depends what kinds of function you need.
                                 
If simple, 1 days is enough.
5. Painting: about 2-4 days, it depends on the qty of prototypes.
                 
If it is small qty, 2 days are enough.
6. Delivery time: about 4-5 days

Q: What are files you need for quote?
A:
1. It's better to offer 3D files, like STP, STL, IGS, PARASOLID, etc.
2. 2D file is also ok with detail requests.

Q: what is the softwares will you use for the 3D design?
A: We use the Pro-E and Free form.

Q: What's the resolution for your 3D scanner machine?
A: 0.07mm resolutiom for German Atmos

Q: What is the quality Control before shipping?
A:
1. We have own QC syeterm to control the quality.
2. Welcome the third part inspection

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra charge ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but the freight be paid by customer.

Q: What is your payment terms ?
A: 50% as the deposit in advance , the balance after inspection before shippment.
    TT, paypal Trade Assurance are accepted.
